Today we will explain the Genetic Attributes feature of the MetaRace Horse Racing game.

Every mechanical horse has six genetic attributes (also known as ‘genes’), each corresponding to a different part of the horse. A gene has three possible levels — high, medium or low — which has an impact on the horse’s appearance and character. The six genes are as follows, and their levels closely relate to the performance of the horse, therefore influencing the outcome of the race: Grip, Acceleration, Endurance, Speed, Steering(horse head) and Control.

Note: For the initial implementation of the game, steering and control will not affect race results. In subsequent updates, when we introduce curved race courses and the role of the jockey, these two attributes will affect race results.

The six gene codes are: V E A D T H

Just like real racehorses, MetaRace horses have different genes and different strengths. The higher the level of its genes, the rarer the racehorse and the greater the probability of it finishing in a winning race position. Therefore, if players want to win more races, they need to collect and breed racehorses with the best possible genes in order to increase their chance of success!
